To provide customer support for both Spanish and English speaking customers in international markets. To process customer orders and accurately apply prices to orders from International customers.To maintain customer files in SAP and iSeries. To provide a high level of customer service.
Specific Duties:
Provide customer service to customers and sales representatives located in Mexico, Canada, and other international markets.
Enter purchase orders received via phone, fax or email.
Review and price customer orders for an assigned geographic region. Contact customers when there will be a difference in price from their order to our invoicing.
Send order acknowledgements via fax or email.
Provide high quality customer service by taking, expediting, and following up on customer orders.
Maintain customer contact information, shipping requirements and pricing set up information in SAP and iSeries.
Interact with employees in Production, Traffic, Graphics, and other departments.
Price and process Field Service Reports.
Process competitive activity reports.
Process custom print requests for the Graphics Department.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
Process special requests from Account Managers and Sales Representatives.
Serve as back-up to other Pricing Specialists.
