- Have completed thirty (30) semester hours of college-level course work from an accredited college or university (or equivalent quarter hours); preferably in one of the following disciplines Criminal Justice, Human Service, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Corrections, or related field; OR Have a High School Diploma/GED AND a minimum of 2 years demonstrated work experience in a juvenile facility, Child Caring Institution (CCI) or other Department of Child Welfare Licensed facility.
- Possess a valid Michigan Driver's License.
