Below is a job description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Handles Inbound calls. Responds to customer call inquiries and provide proper technical assistance. Resolves customer issues and manages excellent customer relations at all times.
Upselling additional products and services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responds to customer concerns based on detailed product knowledge acquired
• Delivers excellent customer service at all times and gives proper trouble shooting steps
• Handles upset customer issues positively and professionally
• Document trouble shooting steps provided to customers
• Responds effectively in moderately stressful situations
• Meet all Key Performance Indicators set by the company and the client like AHT, QA Evaluations, First Call Resolution and CSAT surveys
• Adheres to any given schedule including graveyard shift and holidays
• Participates in additional training courses when required
• Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
• Educate and provide customers with alternative means of technical support (ie like OEM, email/chat support, website)
• Guide customers to the right group if the issue is beyond the Representative's scope of support
• Upselling additional products and services to ensure the customers' needs are satisfied.
SPECIFICATIONS:
• Adaptable to working in any shift, including weekends
• Team player and able to take feedback in a positive manner
• Wide knowledge in DSL/Computer technology
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Can type at least 25 words per minute
• Must be able to multi task and manage multiple screens all at one time while engaging the customer on the phone.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
• Pass a drug prescreen
• Open availability Required
