Principle Accountabilities:
Manages rollstock mix and inventory including recommending paper purchases, scheduling roll stock deliveries,entering, printing, tagging, and reporting roll stock upon receipt for warehousing to make roll stock available for scheduling, efficiently administering aging rollstock and addressing rollstock paper complaints or damage
Maintains accurate and up to date records if roll stock inventory and consumption
Arranges for transportation of baled waste to select mills
Retains and analyzes various business and production data to develop production and waste process administration reports on an ongoing basis to scheduler
Performs capacity analysis of forecasted sales, conducts cost assessments based on daily production and waste reports, proposes solution to decrease costs, and monitors inventory levels to flag slow moving items.
Ensures maintenance programs are accomplished and repairs are completed on a timely basis so that productions and profitability objectives are met.
Maintains hourly machine schedule and makes changes to machines to comply with customer requests
Establishes and maintains production schedules and addresses potential problems in meeting schedules
Prioritize orders and expedite shipments with customer service and plant personnel based on customer requirements
Maximizes on time shipping performance based on customer requested delivery dates and provide traffic coordination of all shipments for rates and arrangement shipments
Communicates schedules and exceptions to other departments within the plant including communicating service problems to customers and sales department as early as possible
Knows and follows policies and procedures of the company shares information that would benefit other members of the team and finds ways to improve the delivery of service to our customers.

Basic Requirements
Education equivalent to graduation from high school required, some college or manufacturing training is a plus.
2-4 years of experience with packaging equipment or in a related area.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong Analytical abilities
High level of organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of computer systems including experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and manufacturing scheduling software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to function effectively under pressure
