1. Monthly bank reconciliation
2. Accounts receivable - invoicing
3. Accounts payable - proper coding of expenses to customer job and chart of account
4. Create and matching of Purchase Orders
5. Review reimbursable and expense report for billing6. Bi-monthly payroll - importing of weekly timesheets into QB, review, process thru ADP and recording in QB. Monthly sales tax return filing
6. Knowledge of Quickbooks is a must
