Please be aware that starting Wednesday July 2, between 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST, there will be a scheduled downtime for users of the Pure Michigan Talent Connect. We are using this time to enhance our overall service delivery.
• File and check shippers for accuracy • Ensure all required shipping documents are included with the shipping paperwork prior to filing. • Create labels for outgoing outside processors (OSP) shipments. • Create daily scrap shippers • Send ASN’s for every shipment and ensure they process within the allotted time frame. • Ensure all ASN’s process accurately, correct issue in timely manner to ensure ASN is sent successfully on time. • Check customer portals for ASN accuracy, include documents with shipping paperwork. • Schedule and confirm in customer portals all service shipments. • Set up expedite shipments as needed. • Communicate any shipping discrepancies to CSR’s, Shipping Coordinator and Materials Manager. • Email production, CSR’s and management service shortages, follow through until all parts are received. • Keep inventory and order all shipping supplies. • Setting up trucks for next day shipments as needed. • Make a pick list for next days shipment. • Receive incoming material following the Incoming Receiving procedure TS-SH-1005. • Other duties as assigned.
