Moonshine Lures is looking for a multi-faceted Float Production Worker to join their team in the Rapid River, MI area. As a Float Production Worker, you will assist with all aspects of creating quality tackle products.
This position requires a jack/jill of all trades mentality as you will float between departments where the need is highest. This is including, but not limited to, assembly, painting, and packaging. Training is provided in all of these areas.
The ideal candidate is hard-working, can take charge when needed, and is able to work with little supervision.
COMPENSATION Moonshine Lures offers a competitive wage based on knowledge and experience as well as advancement opportunities after 30 days as well as a benefits package including paid time off, paid holidays, and retirement plan.
SCHEDULE Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. This could also be hired as a part-time position based on the candidates availability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in production or related field preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Ability to take charge in the absence of a supervisor.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Artistic ability is beneficial.
