Crisis Response Team Manager

We are the behavioral health community organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse treatment coordination, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.
We are looking for a Crisis Response Team Manager to provide clinical leadership and expertise for Mobile Crisis Response and Stabilization Services, including supervision of assigned staff, and consultation for clinical staff.
This position is Monday through Friday, during office business hours. Evening and weekend On-call rotation consultation in the Access Manager team. Additional Compensation: $100 On-Call Pay

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Counseling Psychology
- Full licensure in the State of Michigan as a Master Social Worker, Psychologist, or Professional Counselor.
- Internal Canidates Only: Limited license in the State of Michigan as a Master Social Worker, Psychologist, or Professional Counselor, and must obtain full licensure within 8 months of obtaining position.
- Two years’ post master’s degree progressive experience in the Behavioral Health field
- Knowledge of crisis intervention and treatment methodology
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use
- Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued
- Computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office programs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MCBAP certification preferred
- Two years’ supervisory experience preferred
- Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued
