Job Description
Sales Representatives are the primary point of contact to assist with all day-to-day client interactions, as well as manage projects needed to foster client success. They work directly with sales, fulfillment, and leadership teams to make sure clients receive exceptional results and impeccable service.
They also are simultaneously a company client success manager, and coach. Have strong organizational skills, time-management, and interpersonal skills. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable making decisions, and build strong client relationships.
What This Job Entails
- Manage a list of clients, serve as the main point of contact via text, call, email, social media, video conferencing, and travel.
- Attend trade shows, customer visits, and pre and post job onsite visits.
- Lead generation, and overall business development to increase strategic sales penetration in the target industry.
- Help clients succeed and reach established goals and loyalty.
- Maintain and develop client relationships based upon mutual respect, high-quality service, expectation setting, and growth potential.
- Adhere to company core values to guide independent decisions about client accounts.
- Meet realistic growth objectives and goals. Prepare and present regular progress reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Innovate new methods to improve client experience and retention.
- Manage client life cycle, including onboarding calls, launch calls, check-ins, billing, and offboarding calls.
- Upsell clients on relevant products and emerging technology.
- Collect client feedback and communicate it to the team to drive constant improvement and innovation.
- Be proactive to identify, solicit, and close business opportunities that align with our core values.

- A basic knowledge of digital advertising fundamentals, with a keen interest in learning more.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules.

- Team player – willingness to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and delegate tasks.

Required Experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Previous experience with remote work preferred, including Teams, GoTo meeting, Zoom, etc.
- Direct Response Marketing experience, highly preferred
