POSITION SUMMARY
The UI Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining GUI panels for core and custom CU*BASE screens.
The UI Developer works closely with the Application, QC, and Writing teams when developing core CU*BASE screens. This individual works closely with the LenderVP and Conversions teams when developing custom CU*BASE screens. The UI Developer is also a resource who assists the Help Desk, Technical Support, Client Services, and QC teams with GUI support.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Develop GUI changes for major and minor CU*BASE releases, including beta releases.
Develop GUI changes for custom CU*BASE projects, including forms packages for new clients and new or changed forms for existing clients.
Develop scripts and/or program code to extend the base functionality of LegaSuite.
Create or modify graphics used by GOLD.
In cooperation with the Help Desk and Technical Support teams, manage the packaging and deployment of GOLD core and custom updates.
Assist the Help Desk, Technical Support, Client Services, QC, and other teams with GUI troubleshooting and questions as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduate or equivalent is required.
Good spelling and proofing skills.
Well-versed in the use of recent Windows operating system versions.
Comfortable using Windows Explorer to organize and browse files.
Experience with a scripting or programming language.
Experience creating or modifying visual layouts. For example, experience with creating software UIs, web design, publishing, etc.
Maintain a positive contribution as a member of the Programming Team and complete all tasks assigned by management to meet team objectives.
Ability to follow general documented development guidelines and standards.
Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential data.
