POSITION SUMMARY
This position functions as a key part of the Vendor Management team. They will provide assistance to the AuditLink Management and the Vendor Management Account Executive in assisting in several of the vendor management processes as well as the AuditLink Daily Log Management team.
The Vendor-Management Associate will be assigned to AuditLink within CU*Answers and will be responsible for duties based on the assigned department as well as backup responsibilities for other AuditLink Associates throughout the department. These duties will include but will not be limited to the duties listed in the section below. All duties and tasks will be assigned/approved by the direct supervisor.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
On board new vendor management clients including welcome packages and coordination of implementation.
Monitor and follow-up on expiration of due diligence alerts daily.
Research new vendors and assist in the implementation process.
Update events and review and upload updated documentation to the AVM platform.
Audit client vendor statuses and reach out to vendors who have not responded to requests for due diligence.
Alert clients of vendors that are non-responsive or who do not provide updated due diligence documentation.
Assist in the production of reports for clients.
Review weekly reports for the daily log management team.
Assist on various tasks and projects assigned by management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Secondary education is a plus.
Must have the ability to understand regulatory requirements associated with job functions.
Must be highly attentive to detail.
Research skills are required.
Ability to learn and memorize quickly.
History of dependability is required.
Must have good writing skills.
Current working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
Ability to communicate with credit union management.
Ability to communicate effectively with management and coworkers.
