CUSTOMER SERVICE - GRAPHIC ARTS
Sault Printing Company is accepting resumes for a Customer Service Position for an efficient, self-motivated, highly organized person.
Customer Service Position responsibilities include answering customer phone calls, taking orders over the phone, dealing directly with walk-in traffic, using networked copiers/printers. Quick Books and/or accounts payable/receivable experience helpful.
Additional Graphic Arts experience would be helpful. The ideal candidate would have working knowledge of design programs such as Adobe In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat as well as Microsoft office programs Outlook, Word, & Excel. Graphic Arts responsibilities include designing digital artwork for our digital printing area and/or offset printing department as well as finishing printed material.
The ideal candidate should also have excellent customer service & phone skills, an outgoing personality, good communication skills along with the ability to multi-task as well as a strong work ethic.
