The Medical Receptionist will provide support with daily activities of a busy optometric practice. The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and professionalism
- Have the ability to interact with physicians, patients and staff
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Be able to work well under pressure and maintain front office organization.
- Display appropriate judgement and problem solving skills
- Demonstrate excellent and appropriate oral and written communication skills
- Have basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance coverage and medical office procedures is preferred, but will train in house.
- Have desire for long-term employment.
