Position Information:
As a result of our tremendous growth, we are seeking multiple entry level Support Desk Technicians for remote phone support. Focus of the job will be assisting remote customers with their questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms to the best of their ability in a professional and courteous manner. In addition, responsibilities will include:
- Respond to incident calls and emails from users on support related issues.
- Provide Level 1 remote troubleshooting support on desktop and software issues
- Follow provided procedures for remote user password resets and new user creation
- Escalate unresolved cases to relevant onsite and remote support team
- Document all reported incidents and help identify trends to assist in future problem resolution
Candidate should be proficient in the following:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Articulate and can speak clearly on the phone.
- Must be computer literate and be familiar with common office productivity software applications
- Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
