You will work in our US offices in the greater Detroit area but travel will be required periodically to our customers around the world.
POSITION BACKGROUND:
PROSTEP is looking for a highly organized individual to work on projects gathering technical requirements and performing as a part time or full time project manager. You need to be a self-starter that recognizes what needs to be done on a case by case basis, and then executes as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gather and Document Customer Requirements
• Manage Technical Projects and Teams
• Preparation of offers in coordination with technical departments
• Strategic Customer Relationships (key account management)
• Participate and/or Lead High Level Customer Workshops (billable)
• Create and Maintain Project plans
• Prepare Project Status Reports, Issues lists, and more
• Keep projects running on time and on budget
JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Technically oriented degree
• 1-2 years engineering industry experience / information technology
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project
• Strong knowledge PDM / PLM systems Helpful
• You must be able to sell and work with defense and technology related companies, which typically require Full US Citizenship in order to visit on site, or participate in most discussions.
• Outstanding Verbal, Written, and Presentation Skills (US English)
REQUIRED TOOL EXPERIENCE
• Microsoft Office, Especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Microsoft Project
• Adobe Acrobat Professional / Adobe LiveCycle a Plus
• Leading CAD / PLM Systems (Dassault, PTC, Siemens) a Plus
