POSITION BACKGROUND:
PROSTEP is looking for an energized individual to help “run to ground” existing leads, and to help generate new leads in several fields. You need to be a self starter that recognizes what needs to be done on a case by case basis, and then executes as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead Processing (existing and new leads generated)
• Cold Calling (to companies of strategic interest)
• Preparation of offers in coordination with technical departments
• Perform pre-sales activities (meetings, presentations, demos)
• Strategic Customer Relationships (key account management)
• Contribute to the overall Marketing Strategy and Execution
• Conduct and Participate in Webinars, Trade Shows, Speeches, Etc.
• Participate and/or Lead High Level Customer Workshops (billable)
JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Technically oriented degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, a similar discipline or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years engineering industry experience / information technology
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office
• Strong knowledge PDM / PLM systems
• You must be able to sell and work with defense and technology related companies, which typically require Full US Citizenship in order to visit on site, or participate in most discussions.
• Outstanding Verbal, Written, and Presentation Skills (US English)
REQUIRED TOOL EXPERIENCE
• Microsoft Office, Especially Word and PowerPoint
• Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
• Adobe Acrobat Professional / Adobe LiveCycle a Plus
• Leading CAD / PLM Systems (Dassault, PTC, Siemens) a Plus
COMPENSATION
• Varies with Experience
• Base Salary with some Bonus Opportunity
