Education: Possession of a Bachelor degree in health, social work, business or administration related field.
Experience: One year of experience working with health care programs Medicaid, State Assistance or other insurance providers. Basic computer skills: e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, and email. Working knowledge of safety net health care system utilized by persons living with HIV/AIDS in Michigan is highly desirable.

Ability to effectively communicate with diplomacy under challenging circumstances. Able to work well in team situations. Self-motivated, able to complete work in timely manner, and handle multiple tasks at one time with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with email/internet browser software.
