Support all software/ hardware including hands on experience using Microsoft solutions such as: Dynamics, Office365, Sharepoint2013 and CRM. Accomplishes Information Technology department results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results and disciplining employees. Strong network infrastructure knowledge with ability to provide valuable recommendations and hands-on experience for solutions for a disaster recovery plan. Involved in automating workflows and streamlining processes across departments. Support WMS, SolidWorks, Impact 3C, Microsoft Office2013, Microsoft SSRS and Adobe CS6 cloud. Autodesk Alias, 3DStudio Max and Moldflow. .
