Job Details

Responsible for ensuring that the most complex software applications are designed, coded, tested and completed accurately and on time.  Prepares budgets and monitors project expenses. Works closely with a wide variety of customers to design, install and maintain efficient software systems.  Organizes and provides highly effective presentations on a variety of project related issues.  Confers with user representatives to determine needs and identify areas of potential improvement.  Monitors effective use of computer systems, and assists in training user personnel in the operation of new or modified systems and technology. Provides expert application advice for a variety of data processing and/or data base needs as the project supervisor of a specific user team of applications and system professionals.
