What this job involves - Ability to interact with personnel of all functions & organizational levels to create & maintain a Healthy & Safe work environment for JLL, Delta Airlines & all of their passengers as well as employees.
Ability to influence, partner and operate strategically with key stakeholders & all JLL personnel.
A positive, proactive, energetic approach to safety management. Ability to demonstrate initiative and show foresight in relation to existing and potential problems.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with all people at all organizational levels, internally and externally.

Desired experience and technical skills - Proven leadership ability with technical expertise in Health, Safety & Environmental program management.
Required
Minimum 5 years experience developing, implementing, and managing HSSE programs
Appropriate recognized Professional HSSE qualifications and memberships
Practical experience of problem-solving HSSE issues in a dynamic/diverse environment and implementation of risk control systems and processes.
Preferred
A Lean & Agile approach to leadership and stakeholder management - able to operate effectively in a matrix structure.
Experience of implementing HSE technology platforms and data management tools across multiple countries & regions.
Practical working knowledge of up-to-date tools and techniques within a real estate environment and management of risk across a complex multi-site property portfolio.
