We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Enablement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a background in CAE, finite element analysis, dynamics, fatigue, and durability. With a growth mindset, the role will focus on driving business growth through new business opportunities, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with the sales and product development teams and help pursue new business
Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fatigue, durability, and loads management sectors
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry organizations
Develop and execute business growth strategies in the fatigue, durability, and loads management sectors
Translate customer requirements and market trends into product development priorities
Manage and plan the overall business enablement and growth efforts, including setting and tracking progress against goals
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, and provide regular updates to the senior management team
Qualifications: 20+ years of relevant experience in fatigue and durability topics with a focus on CAE and FEA tools
Strong technical understanding of CAE and FEA, including Adams, Apex, Marc, LSDyna, CAEfatigue, Nastran, Abaqus, Ansys, as well as any other commercial fatigue codes

Expert level capability using finite element analysis methods such as linear, non-linear, transient dynamic (time and frequency domain) for NVH, durability, and fatigue analysis
Expert level capability to develop end to end engineering software simulation processes including middleware to enable batch processing appropriate for optimization loops from inputs, to simulation solve, to post processing
Experience with physical and virtual testing required for durability and fatigue development of full vehicle automotive chassis and body structures at each stage of a complete program lifecycle from concept to production including test acceleration methods
Experience with physical vibration testing setup and instrumentation selection as well as processing and interpretation of test results
Experience and capability to develop standardized load duty cycles from road load proving ground events and other sources
Well versed with chassis and body performance attributes, interpretation of user stories to system level requirements, cascade of requirements to subsystem and component, development of verification method according to requirement
Experience and ability to develop robust optimization including fatigue life analysis as an objective
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel up to 25%
