Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; 1 year of college preferred.
• Typing Speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy required.
• Minimum one year previous customer service/sale experience required and/or 2 years call center experience required.
• Strong PC experience required. Previous work experience with computer knowledge in Windows web based application required.
• Ability to navigate multiple software screens and or internet browser tabs at one time.
• Ability to manage multiple software applications and document customer records at the same time required.
• Prior experience with prescription drug plans, Medicare or medical terminology preferred.
• Prior experience in the health care/insurance industry preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare benefits, including Fee for Service Medicare and Medicare Advantage Plans (1 to 3 years prior experience).
• Professional appearance, dependability and flexibility required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, as required. Openings on all shifts.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, listening and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to speak and write the English language clearly and audibly using correct grammar required.
• Action-oriented, ability to implement defined objectives and act independently required.
• Self motivated, able to work with limited supervision, takes ownership of every situation, and follows through to full resolution.

There are 27 full time Non Licensed Health Insurance Advisor positions open across all three shifts. These positions start at $10.00 per hour. Medical, dental, optical and life insurance are available as well as paid vacations and 401k.
