Requirements include:
- Basic knowledge of health/Safety regulations/requirements, terminology and concepts; experience in OSHA/safety related record keeping and reporting, experience with coordination and presentation of safety meetings/training programs.
- Proficient in MS office Suite.
- Prefer experience with reporting to safety auditing databases such as Avetta, ISNetworld, PEC Premier, etc.
- Assertive and willing to take on new/unfamiliar tasks/concepts/procedures and work without constant, direct supervision to complete assigned tasks and duties.
- Can do attitude, willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- Ability/willingness to come in early and stay late when necessary.
- Willingness to stay committed to tasks and the position for the long haul to help develop our safety culture.
