The Digital team is searching for a Social Media Manager who will plan and facilitate the execution and management of all social media programs for our B2B and B2C clients.
About you:
A deep understanding of marketing tactics and social media platforms
Motivated to work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate strong communication and timely, on-budget delivery of social marketing solutions
An outstanding history running social media campaigns from inception through launch and optimization
Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team
Ability to solve intricate problems through data analysis and manipulation and present solutions in a captivating storytelling manner
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to represent and influence discussions involving quantitative concepts

What you'll do:
Work with clients to build, launch, manage, and moderate social media communities, ensuring consistency and attention to detail at all times
Develop and maintain social campaigns using a strong understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives
Collaborate with Creative and Account teams to design and create best-practice social content for monthly calendars
Facilitate timely and accurate posting of social content, including resolving any issues with Creative, Account teams, and vendors
Handle client relationships, lead client content review and approval process and resolve any issues
Develop strategic roadmaps, campaign recommendations, and solutions by analyzing paid and organic social media data
Lead client reporting review, incorporating insights from management tools, digital platforms, and web analytics
Collaborate with Facebook, LinkedIn, and platform contacts to help optimize campaigns
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required
3-5 years of social media management experience and deep knowledge of digital marketing; digital analytics experience is highly valuable
Phenomenal communication, interpersonal, project/time management, and presentation skills
Experience running paid campaigns on all social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and knowledge and proficiency of planning tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout, Meltwater, Falcon, etc.
Hands-on social channel management experience with sophisticated clients and evidence of detailed campaign execution
Self-starter able to prioritize and consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients and teams
Sophisticated Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
Experience with data analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) preferred
