Group/DivisionThe Instruments Group is passionate about development of state-of-the-art inspection and metrology equipment used in production and research and development environments. Organization is globally located in US, China, and Singapore. We provide critical cost-effective solutions for power electronics, LED, communications, automotive, data storage, and other related nanoelectronics and materials science applications. We partner with our customers to provide state of the art hardware and software to improve yield and lower overall production costs by supplying world-leading inspection, metrology and review systems. In addition to developing valuable product solutions, the group provides support to customers to achieve performance entitlement through sharing and implementation of application BKMs (Best Known Methods).
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for a lead software developer with strong background in C# and C++ to perform Software desktop application development for our defect inspection and metrology tools! You will be required to engage with systems, applications and marketing team throughout the software development lifecycle process.

Technical Skills Required:
Proficient in Object oriented Analysis and design.
Map requirements to design using SOLID principles and proven design patterns.
Drive the Software design process and effectively articulate Software Design using Unified Modelling Language (UML)
Experienced in building cross platform applications using C#/dotnet Core.
Front end UI development using frameworks like MAUI, WPF/XAML, Windows Forms.
Experience in building Web applications is good to have.
Exposure to modern software solutions: Microservices architecture, docker containers.
Experience with modern Software development techniques like TDD and BDD.
This is a hybrid role with the ability to work onsite at least three days a week.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master' degree with at least 5 years of experience.
