Job Description:
Connected Services Operations - Support Analyst – We are looking for a self-starter, results oriented and customer focused professional with excellent communication and problem solving skills. This person will have the desire and ability to learn new tools on the go and perform well under pressure with minimal guidance. The candidate will have working knowledge and background on connected vehicle program at a major automotive OEM. The candidate will be expected to handle a wide variety of support functions pertaining to Customer Operations day to day activities. Some of the main activities include responding to dealer inquiries, customer emails and/or customer reviews on app stores, resolving incidents in DriveIT and/or Zuora Subscription Management tool, managing daily touchpoints with suppliers as well as internal off-board as well as on-board teams to ensure investigation efforts on customer issues are not stalled.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree with relevant background.
• 2-3 Years’ minimum experience in a connected customer support function at a major automotive OEM
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Highly motivated & Team Player
• Working Knowledge of a ticketing/incident management tool such as Service-Now, Jira etc
• Required to carry company phone and be on call 24/7 for after hours and/or weekend support in case of outages
Preferred Requirements:
• Working knowledge of automotive Connected Services at a major OEM or Telematics services provider
Overtime: Occasional after hours or Weekend Support – Will be managed by time adjustment during weekdays
Additional Information / Must Have's:
Onsite/remote hybrid, should be at a drivable distance to CTC Auburn Hills.
No driving of a company vehicle
Travel 0-20% Local
