Dematic Corp. has an immediate need for an Account Representative to support the continual growth of Dematic's North American Lifecycle Service business. The Account Representative under the direction of the sales team and is an advocate for Dematic with the customer and helps scope and deliver the solutions that Dematic brings to the marketplace. This role gathers both internal Dematic and customer needs to execute with the Sales team to meet the needs of the CS business.
The ideal candidate is innovative, collaborative, and a motivated self-starter that will be able to engage with differing levels of our customer's organization to support the sale of services within the account base. The role requires a high-energy learner who can pursue new business opportunities, execute, and improve internal processes and be able to function within a matrix organization to meet customer needs.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $45,000 - $97,000 at the time of posting. This position is eligible for commission(s). Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will do in This Role:
Engages with assigned accounts within our installed base to develop an understanding of thecustomers' needs as well as their organizational structure and key buying criteria
Processing critical customer paperwork and order requirements
Visits customer sites to identify needs, obtain measurements, and document opportunity requirements or challenges
Works with senior level account reps to execute account plans and close opportunities, with the goals of gaining long-term, customer valued relationships, driving account profitability, account retention, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
Executes internal processes supporting the account relationship on an on-going basis
Provides the team with suggestions for improving volume, market share, and price levels.
What We Are Looking For
AA/BS/BA in related discipline, or related experience.
Mechanically inclined with an ability to understand basic components of intralogistics equipment (scanners, conveyor, motors/drives, PLCs, VFDs, etc.).
Able to multi-task and work in a high-growth, fast-paced and deadline driven environment successfully.
Willingness for business travel up to 50%.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite; Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM.
Training in strategic selling methodology preferred.
Experience in the logistics or manufacturing/automation industries preferred. Some positions in the U.S. may require vaccination against COVID-19.
