Job Description

  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Excellent verbal, written, mathematical, and problem solving skills
  • Must be a self starter
  • Computer Literate – must have experience in Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Data entry skills - typing speed 50+ wpm
  • ISO9000 experience desirable
  • Previous  experience with order entry and quoting process with confidence
  • 1 to 3 years Customer Service experience
  • Associates Degree or equivalent  preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Work as a liaison between the Customer, Manufacturing, Service and Sales
  • Data entry:  work orders, sales orders, etc.
  • Maintaining database and filing system
  • Coordinates problem resolution and timely follow-up either verbally or in writing with a desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries relating to price quotations, deliveries,  cancellations and service/ repair orders.
  • Provide price quotes in writing to customers

Additional Requirements:

Pay ranges from $26,385-$30,000 per year
