The Account Executive supports the Account Supervisor and Account Director in a sales support position in an ongoing effort to maintain client relationships, while building sales opportunities with new or existing clients. These aspects may include: recognizing and qualifying new opportunities, establishing scope, proposals and budgets, working with internal departments to execute sold assignments, review of invoicing and coordination with project team and other departments to ensure project is on track, and ultimately high customer satisfaction based on price, quality and timing.

What you'll do:
Supports Account Supervisor / Director.
Maintains and grows positive and productive relationships with external clients.
Has ability to act as the day-to-day contact for clients primarily junior to mid-level in an ongoing basis and backup contact for key clients, identifying opportunities to grow the business.
Can collaborate with internal departments and project teams to ensure efficient delivery of scoped project.
Can understand clients requests and clearly articulate the ask to the internal teams setting clear expectations for tasks and deliverables.
Can write compelling decks that are in a client-ready state with guidance from manager.
Demonstrable passion for the clients' business - keeping an up-to-date understanding of the economics behind it, the customer and competitive insights that go into it, and the marketing strategy / channels that drive it.
Is able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to constant change.
Has a passion for best practice trends and innovations.
Supports account management for sustaining and renewing client contracts.
Participation in proposal development and managing proposals within budget.
Reports on sales activities and creates sales quotations for customers.
Familiar with marketing services concepts, practices, and procedures.
Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others including Project Management.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Manage profitability & support management of productivity effectively.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or business-related field and 3+ years of experience in an Account Management/Executive role.
Strong PC skills and proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Very strong time management, organization and prioritization skills.
Strong sense of ownership of process and results.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Collaboration and team building skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible/versatile in response to change.
