This position is responsible for filling open hourly positions for the organization by utilizing a full cycle recruiting process.
Job Duties:
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Prepare and publish requisitions using a variety of internal and external resources
Facilitate meetings with external recruiting partners and Hiring Managers
Build effective working relationships within the organization, delivering high-quality performance
Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates using established talent attraction and engagement processes and tools (i.e., organic apply, job posting sites, community outreach, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct phone screens to validate candidate applications and to screen out those that do not meet key criteria
Provide feedback in the selection process to candidates
Prepare necessary documentation to onboard a candidate (offer letter, background consent, section 1 of the I9, etc.)
Track and report weekly recruiting metrics
Assist with the facilitation of recruiting campaigns
Assist with the creation of new recruiting resources to attract talent
Perform other duties as required

Work Environment:
Work is primarily done in an office setting.
Infrequent production environment exposure which includes noise, dust, moving machinery, fork lifts, and fluctuations in temperature.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting at a work station for extended periods of time
Stand, walk, climb stairs on an infrequent basis
Must be able to lift 20 pounds on an infrequent basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience as a recruiter in a manufacturing setting.
