The Collection Services Bureau is looking for an honest, motivated, and hardworking individual with a positive attitude and strong ethical standards to provide excellent customer service to our customers and/or their authorized representatives to resolve various debts collected by the Michigan Department of Treasury. This position provides options for debtors to successfully resolve their balances in a contact center environment using knowledge base and case management tools.
