Provide oversight and direction of the Order to Cash processes related to Spare Parts Order Management.
Ensure timely and accurate support response to customers and provide regular updates to customers and leaders
Identify business savings in the areas of order processing efficiency and direct cost reduction
Engage internal and external resources on reducing parts backorders and communicating accurate availability
Steer and strategically align the order management team for future business needs
Support the delivery of current business plans and accurate forecasts
Provide accurate and timely reports related to order book, order intake, backorder rates & revenue projections
Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
Establish short- and long-term goals designed to develop and increase employees' work-based competence and their knowledge of Rolls-Royce America policies, procedures, practices and professionalism.
Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct.
Perform special projects as required.

Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and five years' experience in order administration and management within an OEM; or nine years' experience in order administration and management within an OEM
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Excellent project management skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others in international cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
Strong leadership skills
Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills
Strong ability to work independently and to influence and motivate others to take action
Ability to travel - domestic and international upon short notice
Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
Preferred:
Previous Management experience
Project Management experience
Knowledge of MTU After Sales products
Knowledge of SAP operating system
Spanish/Portuguese language
