Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (Corporate FP&A) to join our team in Holland, MI. The position will be eligible for a flexible work schedule which allows for work from home 1 or 2 days a week.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:
Work closely with global finance partners to complete financial planning, reporting, and accounting activities, along with providing business analysis necessary to support Company objectives. Ensures all financial reports and analysis comply with appropriate accounting principles and company policies, accurately reflect the condition of the business, and provides reliable information necessary to control operations. Supports executive management in the completion of monthly financial reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual budget, and quarterly Board of Director processes
Do you have these required qualifications?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
5 +years of professional accounting, finance and analytical experience with progressively expanding duties.
Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
Do you have these preferred qualifications?
Master's in Business Administration.
CPA or CMA certification.
Experience with supporting manufacturing or corporate business groups.
Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
Advanced Excel skills to gather, analyze and report data.
Experience with international finance.
Experience with BPC and PowerBI.
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
Strong accounting, analysis, problem solving and data gathering skills.
Strong leadership, organizational and collaborative skills.
Prior supervisory and project management experience.
Strong team player.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Able to work under minimal supervision.
