Senior Fiduciary Strategist, Vice President
The Vice President, Senior Fiduciary Strategist is responsible for contributing to the overall success of the Private Wealth Management business by building and maintaining a high performing book of business and being accountable for ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Working with affluent families, develop strong inter- generational relationships and negotiate family dynamics to ensure long term relationships are retained and continue to grow.
Position Responsibilities:
Sales Management
Achieve annual new business goals by driving the client discovery process and assisting clients in articulating goals and objectives and then formulating and coordinating a plan for execution in conjunction with the Wealth Strategists and other members of the team.
Support the sales process by continuing discovery of the relationships and engaging specialists on the team as appropriate to pursue additional opportunities and provide expertise.
Attract new customers and retain existing customers by developing marketing materials, plan presentations and strategies focused on our fiduciary capabilities. Follow-up on all sales leads and calls.
Build a strong network by participating in community affairs, activities and organizations to maintain visibility and enhance the business development function.
Be viewed as an advisor by serving as a resource speaker for thought leadership on fiduciary topics and other related activities.
Client Management
Determine client needs by managing the client discovery process and remaining current on family dynamics and needs.
Assess opportunities and determine alternatives and solutions to meet client needs.
Obtain client commitment and engage other areas, middle office etc. to collect assets, administer transaction requests etc.
Perform all the designated tasks of the Relationship Manager role or effectively transition the client relationship to the relationship manager by staying involved with the client until the transition is completed.
Demonstrate expertise by managing or working with the client's outside advisors; and setting the stage for follow-up sales opportunities.
Account Management
Coordinate and collaborate with middle office and other support areas of the bank to ensure that documentation flow and timelines are efficient and thorough.
Effectively manage issue by navigating internal territory concerns by finding the best solution for the client; orchestrating the appropriate providers; and addressing service issues where appropriated.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
10 years of sales experience in personal trust, investment or financial products
5 years of experience developing and executing sales marketing plans
Mack-Hillcrest
8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
