 As the Product Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate daily support activities, deadlines, and milestones for the Stainless category of our Clinical Products business unit.
• Assist in daily coordination, oversight, and triage of phone and email support for Senior Product Managers, Product Managers, and Assistant Product Managers.
• Assist in reviewing and editing documents and collateral supporting the Clinical Products product portfolio.
• Support and develop tools for training customers on new product launches, including but not limited to conducting webinars, support for collateral development, price list and maintenance to plan, and ensure successful product instructions and market adoptions for all product offerings.
• Provide quote review and RFP support.
• Attempt to work on a daily basis to raise the research competency of the business and increase momentum towards the use of market intelligence information to build customer-centricity.
• Compile appropriate market research related to or assisting product development including but not limited to: magazines/journals, on-site visits, first-person interviews, networking, competitive data, and applicable conferences/classes.
• Listen, respond, and archive comments, suggestions, and ideas from sales and distribution teams while in the field.

• Have the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
