 As the Customer Service Manager, you will:

• Provide management and leadership to the Customer Service team, ensuring daily tasks and orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Meet regularly with the Customer Service Supervisors to discuss team performance, metrics, and other items pertinent to the CSR team, ensuring established processes and work instructions are followed by all team members
• Lead team rhythm meetings and huddles, fostering collaboration and communication in a hybrid work environment
• Work closely with key individuals within operations, ensuring customer orders are on track for promised ship dates
• Monitor project milestones on a daily basis, analyzing data in order to provide direction to others and address areas for improvement
• Respond to escalated inquiries from Authorized Representative Firms related to orders, policy, billing, reimbursement, and post-shipment issues
• Collaborate with others within operations to assist in the resolution of inventory issues and documentation errors that may arise throughout various stages of projects
• Manage, develop, and mentor the CSR team, addressing escalated personnel issues as identified by the Customer Service Supervisors

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field (strongly preferred)
• Have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success serving the needs of customers in retail, wholesale, or manufacturing environments
• Have prior experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager of a Customer Service team or similar department
• Have previous experience working within ERP systems, similar to IFS (strongly preferred)
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, and the ability to coach and instruct others
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
