Compensation Schedule:
Direct Support Professional – Probationary /Ineligible Driver $15.95/hr ($14.05 base wage + $1.90 Performance Bonus*)
Direct Support Professional – Level I: $17.20/hr ($15.00 base wage + $2.20 Performance Bonus*)
Lead Direct Support Professional – Level II: $18.20/hr ($16.00 base + $2.20 Performance Bonus*) Note: Lead DSP roles are based on program need/openings.
*Performance Bonus: Bonus is paid per hour work in each pay period. Employees must meet criteria outlined within performance bonus structure.
