The primary role of the Office Manager is to perform all accounting and administrative activities. Manage accounting and reporting. Implement and adhere to guidelines and reporting requirements. Ensure all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation. Serve as an in-house expert on utilizing QuickBooks, ScanER ManagER, and Microsoft office. Manage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of customer complaints. Answer a multi line phone. Coordinate job scheduling. Prepare job paperwork for crew. Enter estimates on Xactimate. Maintain National Accounts program in an active status. Reconcile invoices and process customer payments.
