Serves as the point of access to and provide direct support to the Dean of Technical Careers. Incumbent must have a keen understanding of the Dean’s goals, philosophy, divisional policies and strategy in order to effectively act as a liaison on behalf of the Dean with both external and internal contacts. This position also serves a vital role in managing the Divisional office operations and works in close collaboration with others to execute the goals of the Division and the College. Such initiatives included but are not limited to strategic planning, continuous improvement, program improvement and outreach activities that are consistent with divisional strategy and intent, and are aligned with overall college objectives. Must exercise good judgment, work independently, and demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills.
