MDI is a leading manufacturer of high-visibility traffic control safety products in the highway, utility and emergency response industries. We are looking for a TCP (Traffic Control Products) Key Account Manager with the drive to generate sales and attain revenue goals. This work-from-home/travel position is geared toward a strong hunter, qualifier and closer, and will allow you the autonomy and flexibility to manage your own multi-state travel schedule in the Northeast territory. Must be willing to relocate to reside in the northeastern united states.
- Aggressively develop and maintain a solid customer base.
- Proactively manage customer relations to exceed expectations for service, quality, and dependability.
- Participate in strategic trade shows managing product displays to demonstrate product functionality and provide thorough knowledge of product specifications to promote the product line.
- Maintain a 50% to 60% overnight travel schedule within established territory.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Three years minimum business-to-business sales and business development experience.
- Familiarity with the Traffic Control Industry including DOT, construction, utility and emergency responder industries.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
