We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator in Romulus MI.
Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will provide support to the sales team and assist with facilitating business relationships with current OEM’s and Tier 1 & Tier 2 customers.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000, Plus quarterly bonuses

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date customer contact information
- Track and organize purchase orders
- Retrieve purchase orders, contracts and RFQs from the customer portal
- Organize customer RFQs and quote responses in a central filing system
- Assist the Sr. Account Manager with special projects
- Create and develop marketing material including PowerPoint presentations
- Be knowledgeable regarding current products, applications, trends, and key aspects of company relationship with each customer.
- Understand competitive environment, stay up to date on industry trends and research new market opportunities.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of Sales Coordinator/Marketing experience
- OEM experience and comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and professionalism
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Positive Attitude. Able to handle objections and negotiations.
