Requirements include:
- An introduction to geotechnical engineering through college coursework, general ability to classify soils, and proficient with basic Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel;
- A clean driving record and experience driving in the U.S;
- The ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods of time, work from heights and tight spaces, and work in inclement weather;
- Ability to work overtime on an as needed basis;
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to follow up ahead of deadlines;
- Self-starter and constructive team-player with a passion for helping others, and getting to the heart of the problem; and
- Authentic communicator with soft skills to build relationships.
- Must be able to sit, stand, stoop and/or kneel for long periods of time.
- Must be able to walk and work on uneven ground/terrain.
