Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is accountable for ensuring that established standards and objectives are met or exceeded. Performs the functions described below and other duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
- Executing and managing work orders and routings
- Perform Maintenance, troubleshoot and repair CNC routers, CNC fabric cutters, as well as other machinery
- Repair and/or replace small power hand tools
- Work with machine PLC and system controls
- Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors
- Housekeeping and other job-related duties
- Position requires occasional on-call status
Education and Experience:
- Compliance with S2’s safety policies, practices, regulations and procedures
- Ability to use power tools
- Lift up to 50 pounds with some bending and twisting
- Able to stand, bend, and twist 50% of the time during a typical 8 hour workday
