Program Details : Tech Support: Hardware, Networking & Security Specialist
This program prepares students to provide technical support across a wide range of industries, helping organizations and users maintain, troubleshoot, and secure their computer systems and networks. In just 12 weeks, students gain the skills and confidence needed to diagnose problems, manage hardware and software, and support secure digital operations.
Classes are online, live, and instructor-led, meeting for 90 minutes twice a week. Instruction is hands-on, practical, and designed to build real-world problem-solving skills in a supportive learning environment.
Training covers essential technical skills including computer hardware setup and maintenance, operating systems, network fundamentals, cybersecurity best practices, troubleshooting, and professional communication for technical support. Students also develop skills in system monitoring, user assistance, and documentation to ensure efficient and secure technology operations.
The program prepares students for nationally recognized industry credentials and includes career coaching and job-readiness support, including resume building and interview preparation. From enrollment through employment, students receive guidance every step of the way so they can feel confident, capable, and ready to begin a technology support career in any company or industry.
