The goal of this dual certification course is to provide professionals with the basic hardware, software, OS and networking skills necessary to function in a variety of information technology positions. CompTIA A+/MCTS have remained the most recognized and trusted certification for entry-level service technicians. From installation to basic networking, employers know CompTIA A+/MCTS certified technicians have the knowledge and skills to successful.
Student should be comfortable using a computer. A GED or High School Diploma is preferred.
