Under the direction of the CBO Revenue Cycle Leadership, the Supervisor of Patient Accounts will plan, direct, evaluate, control, and organize staff and functions of the Revenue Cycle Department to ensure quality and timeline outcomes.
The Supervisor Patient Accounts will be responsible for managing SYSTOC (Occupational Health Programs).
Responsibilities include: Motivates staff; defines priorities and communicates to staff organizational goals and works with them to achieve them; seeks commitment from staff, encourages innovation and team building/planning.
This position requires occasional travel to Port Huron, MI.

Bachelor's degree required business management, accounting or related field. An equivalent combination of education ( Associate's Degree) and relevant experience may be acceptable.
Three years of patient accounting or patient access experience.
One (1) year experience in a supervisory role for a staff of five or more members leading or assisting in all phases of effective supervision (ie. Recruitment, performance management, training)
Working knowledge of medical terminology and billing systems/software.
Must have effective interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
