Dr Rosner and Lifestyle Hearing has an excellent opportunity for a customer service oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator. This position is well suited for someone who has some experience working in a medical office, has exceptional organization skills, exhibits a high level of professionalism, and enjoys interacting with people.
This position is responsible for greeting patients, accommodating walk-in patients with a high level of detail. Other duties include answering the phones, scheduling appointments, verifying benefits, record keeping, filing, answering general questions regarding the clinic, it’s service offerings, and demonstrates superb customer service with a patient centered attitude.
The most qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to manage a multi-line phone system, proficient computer skills and a positive attitude. Electronic Health Record and experience in a medical practice preferred.
