The Response Nurse is an excellent opportunity to prepare for future management positions within Holland Home. For Raybrook Assisted Living, the Response Nurse oversees the care of the Residents during his/her shift, ensuring high quality nursing care for the residents. Duties include administering medication, resident assessments, changing resident dressings, performing catheterization, taking and recording resident's vital signs, performing treatments as prescribed by the physician or as warranted by the resident's condition, etc. This LPN provides guidance and supervision to Resident Assistants, promoting resident centered care in an environment that recognizes quality of life and emotional health for all residents and co-workers.
The LPN Response Nurse requires licensure in the State of Michigan as an LPN, proof of current CPR certification and solid experience working in an assisted living, adult foster care, or skilled nursing setting. Our top candidates will have a passion for working with the geriatric population and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care.
