We are growing and looking to add to our Customer Service team. Incumbents will assist our customers on inbound calls, live website chat and assisting customers via e-mail; help to sell all four divisions of Galco (Components, Send-in Repair, On-Site Repair and Engineered Systems), answering customer inquiries and fulfilling requests for quotes and orders; support customers by handling requests for updates on order status and requests for returns.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as are strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Must be detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Solid knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Additionally, knowledge of industrial controls is a plus, as is the ability to speak Spanish (but neither are required).
Positions are Full-Time with benefits including 401(k) match and eligibility for annual profit sharing.
