Keeps premises of retail building in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
- Assist Facility Manager
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, and locker rooms
- Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture
- Lifting chairs and place them over tables (approx chair weight: 20-25 lbs.)
- Moving chemicals (approx weight 40 lbs)
- Moving tables (approx weight 40 lbs)
- Operates different types of equipment (i.e. scrubber, pressure washer, extractor)
- Use of ManLift or ScissorLift machine
- Washes windows, door panels and sills
- Be able to work weekends

Prior experience in janitorial housekeeping preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Basic computer skills desired but not required.
Supervision of shift responsibility, handling employee issues.
